Iβm extremely disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a large coffee boba made with almond milk, and it tasted absolutely terrible. It was incredibly watered down β no richness, no real coffee flavor β just bland and unpleasant. After just one sip, I walked back inside to politely ask if they could either exchange it for something else or offer a refund. Instead of trying to resolve it, I was told there was nothing they could do. When the employee asked what was wrong, I explained that it tasted watered down and honestly horrible. There was no attempt to remake it, offer an alternative, or provide any kind of customer service solution. I paid over $8 for that drink, which is not cheap. At that price point, you expect basic quality and at least reasonable customer service. If they didnβt want to exchange it, they could have at least refunded it. I normally go across the street for my coffee boba, but they were closed that day, so I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. I wonβt be returning. Very disappointing experience overall.

Me and my mom got both Halloween edition bobas! One was a taro and the other was a thai milk tea. Both also had matcha foam which combined really well! I def recommend this place and itβs cheap (Cost me $17)! Good for two people or more to go over! π₯°π§π§

This was a cute boba shop! Clean environment, friendly staff,a lot of drink choices. Service was fast since it wasnβt busy the day I went. As for the drink it was ok. It could have been what I ordered just because it was my first time there. I also should have asked for less sugar because it was in my opinion overly sweet. But again thatβs a preference thing.
